Sav's Macs began with a single bite.
At 13 years old, I tried my first macaron at a bakery in London — and I was hooked. The vibrant colors, bold flavors, and delicate textures opened a whole new world for me. That one bite sparked a passion that slowly grew into a business.
In 2017, I started learning how to bake macarons myself. It was anything but easy — lots of trial and error, late nights, and endless batches. But over time, with persistence and practice, I began to find my rhythm.
When the world slowed down in 2020, I started baking more seriously — first for friends and family, then for people I didn’t even know. Their encouragement helped me realize that this wasn’t just a hobby anymore — it was something I wanted to build.
In 2023, Sav’s Macs became official. Since then, I’ve been baking full-time, committed to using only the highest quality ingredients and refined techniques to create macarons that are as beautiful as they are delicious.
Whether it’s a treat for your everyday sweet tooth or something to celebrate life’s biggest moments, I’m honored to be a part of it. At Sav’s Macs, we treat our customers like family. The familiar faces, the shared stories, the connections — that’s what fuels me every day.
