Returns, Refunds & Replacement Policy
At Sav's Macs, we take pride in crafting high-quality, delicious macarons. Each item we make is unique and slight variations in color, sizing and design are part of the handmade process. We cannot guarantee exact color matching, proportions, or identical replication, but we assure you that every product will reflect our high standards of quality, taste and presentation. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we have the following refund and return policies in place:
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery or pickup with:
- Order number
- Clear photos of the issue, including the product and packaging
- A description of the issue
We will offer a replacement or store credit as appropriate.
Quality Concerns
If you are unsatisfied with your order due to quality issues, please reach out within 48 hours of receiving your macarons. We may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion. Claims submitted after 48 hours or without the required information will not be eligible for a reorder or credit.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers. However, if your order is significantly delayed and arrives in poor condition, please contact us, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
No Refunds or Exchanges
- Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns of perishable items.
- Refunds are not available for orders placed incorrectly by the customer (e.g., wrong address, incorrect quantity, or flavor selection).
- We do not provide refunds for changes of mind or personal taste preferences.
Cancellations & Order Changes
Orders may be canceled or modified up to 48 hours before the scheduled pickup or shipping time. After this period, we begin preparing your order and cannot accommodate changes.
